OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
RICHARD T. FLICKINGER MUNICIPAL CENTER

MORTON GROVE, ILLINOIS 60053
Pursuant to proper notice in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, the special meeting was
called to order at 6:00 pm by Village President Daniel J. Staackmann who led the assemblage in
the pledge of allegiance. In attendance were:
Elected Officials: Mayor Daniel J. Staackmann, Village Clerk Tony S. Kalogerakos,
and Trustees Daniel DiMaria, Larry Gomberg, William Grear,
Sheldon Marcus, John Thill, and Trustee Toth
Absent: None

Mayor Staackmann stated the purpose of the meeting was to discuss personnel matters which are
appropriate for Executive Session.
Trustee DiMaria then moved to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. The
motion was seconded by Trustee Thill and approved unanimously pursuant to a roll call vote at
6:03 pm.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, Trustee DiMaria moved to adjourn the Special
Meeting. The motion was seconded by Trustee Marcus and approved unanimously pursuant to a
voice vote at 9:07 pm. 9
