We have numerous cases where R-o-W was not properly recorded resulting in R-O-W being set up with PINS as if they were outlots; or in this case, the 33 feet is divided out but still appears as part of the original P.I.N. The legal description on the Plat is correct, the east 33 feet is part of the Austin Ave R- OW. I believe Austin Ave was a County Road. This should be "cleaned up". Looking at the Sidwell, the same problem occurs with other parcels along Austin. Richard T.
